I remember there being an option for dx 11 on tribble awhile ago. Any updates on this?

There were some stability problems on Tribble from what I heard. I played through Infrakted with Dx11 on tribble and thought it was great. Cryptic knows the system demands of their program, though, and I'm sure they're monitoring how many people play on high settings.

And Dx11 has a ton of mainstream support. Civ 5, D&DO, LotRO, and Bad Company 2 are games currently released with Dx11 compatibility.

Unreleased games:
Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Dragon Age 2
Total War: Shogun 2
Battlefield 3

WoW also uses dx 11 for their water, as well as several racing games

I don't see the point of worrying about it unless there is large scale use of dx11 in STO

and yes my gpu can use dx11 in cause u were wondering

like i said, a guess...

but maybe i should clarify...i doubt many users (mainstream users) have the GPUs or the $$ for the GPUs to make it a valid update at this time.
