Getting constantly disconnected from server and when I am actually ingame, I am constantly faced with the "Server Not Responding" crap.

You would thought that after a whole year you got this kind of crap sorted Cryptic?? Or did you downgraded the server cluster again?

It's worse for me. It rarely happened but lately it's been happening a lot more.

And I am not even doing the new Episode. It's the same in all Sectors, Space Stations, Zones.


EDIT: Right now the server seems to be totally DEAD lol.

this rarely happens and only has happened...now, as a result of the popularity of the feature episodes.

This hasn't happened to me since July.

It's likely due to the huge population numbers.

correct - there is a very large (much larger than normal) number of players attempting to run the same mission at the moment and the network engineerings are investigating a possible machine issue at our datacenter.

They are on the issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Epic fail.

What huge population numbers?? lol. It's no where near the numbers we had at launch.

If there are 1 to 3 instances of a sector / zone than it's a lot.

I find it strange that one single mission area (this case the new Episode) can bring the whole server cluster to it's knees!

Was working perfect then I got server disconnect but it didnt put me back at login as usual instead the counter just kept going up.

I closed the game down and restarted, smooth to charcter selection but then when it comes to loading in game...well ive been at the load screen for 10 mins and probably only have 5% of a load bar filled..

performance is DEFINITELY off.
