I'm sure this is a question that is on the minds of a lot of people who, like me, bought a Runabout at Deep Space Nine, when it was the same price as a Tier 4 starship- about 140,000 Energy Credits. Now, the Runabout is available at Starbase Thirty-Nine-Sierra for about 40,000 Energy Credits. My question is that, will people who bought the Runabouts at the origional 140,000 Energy Credit price be refunded the difference in pricing?

given the vast game wide agreement that EC is a joke, id say....urm.....nope.
I doubt it. Just because the price goes down 4 months later, doesn't mean you can get a refund. I don't think any store in the world will offer a price difference a month after you buy it. I don't think most will do it even a day before.
