not EC but the refund will be delivered to you in cookies instead. I head Dstahl say it and everything.
Yep.. and a little girl in a green vest will be delivering said cookies. She will however expect you to pay a shipping fee and will probably give you puppy eyes and before you know it you can build a fort from thin mint and tagalong boxes.
1st rule of acquisition - Once you get their money never give it back.
Indeed. Come now, OP, you're playing a Star Trek game. If there is any kind of economics in this game, you can be sure the Ferengi are running it. *grin*
This goes along the same lines as a situation in World of ********, people who paid 1,000 gold for dual-talent specialization demanding their gold back when the price went down to ten gold back in November. Answer was the same then: "Nope."
So...when a store puts merchandise on sale, do you ask them to refund the difference in price?
If not, why are you asking the in-game store for a price-difference refund?
If so, how many times do they look at you funny, laugh, or just call security?
Just wanted to say, my wife always does that, and so far no store has had a prlem with it. She has done that with anything from my kid's toys, to video games, to our new computer. It's easier to get away with it if it's within the return policy deadline, but sometimes works past it as well. There are a few other tricks she has done to use something while waiting for something to go on sale (buy something, wait till the end of return deadline, buy another one, return it immediatly with th old receipt, giving you anotr return deadline period... that sort of thing). The only thing this generally doesnt work on are food and anything involving a contract (house, vehicle, ect)
That said, OP, you are not getting your EC back. Dont be ridiculous.
