If it's as good of a business venture as some of those people claim it is I would consider it. I mean supposedly the next most expensive sale cost just over $100k and that guy is making $250k a quarter. That's quite the profit and more than a worthy investment assuming what they say is true.

It's still stupid as heck. But seriously it could very well prove to be a very profitable business.

at first glance no I would not. However I dont have $330,000 either. However he said in the interview that if he kept it stocked it would earn him more PEDs which can be turned back into real money, so if he is popular enough and enough wealthy people play it could turn into a nice investment; but that is a big IF.

Anyone who pays large sums of real cash to "own" virtual property needs his/her head examined.

Now before anyone gets started, in MMO's like STO we don't actually own anything, we just rent/pay for the privilige to use it. :p
