A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
I think it is odd that these people have nothing yet as an engineer they are just willing to give me the parts I need no matter what they need. The first one challenges me to my knowledge of mining ops because "We miners need to stick together" the second didn't really have any issue giving me the part I needed but the last one ran away cause she didn't have the latinum to pay Mordan! So why did she just give me the part and not barter a little for it? I would have given her some latinum to get he back on her feet for the part.
I have yet to do the Tactical version but with the Science one I had to face an opstical to complete it. Just a thought on the matter.
Absolutely loved what you did with this episode! Kudos to Christine and the writing team for truly excellent dialog!
Excellent voice over work. Thank you for adding that to the game. I know it cost money but it was well worth it and very enjoyable!
Exceptional work from the environment artists as usual. I enjoyed everything from walking around the mining camp, to exploring the tunnels, to hunting ambient creatures on the surface.
Awesome work from the whole STO team - I won't ever regret my lifetime sub if this keeps up! THANKS!
Etc. The numbers don't just go in sequence in an individual row, they go in sequence across rows. Not sure whether to admit this, but I did a Bachelors in maths, and work with numbers for a living, and didn't spot it... it's not the most obvious thing ever!
Good, now I don't have to feel like an idiot. Math was never my thing anyway, but sheesh.
i accidently flew to close to the base, and was jumped by a pair of magnoi escorts....the interesting thing was that they deployed cloaking tractor beam mines..... maybe this will be the new item for the series reward.
Great feedback and I can assure you, we have been debating ways to address this on the content side of things.
One personal note - I'm sorta a fan of starting and ending big missions in your ready room, but at some point I start to worry if it would get tedius. The teaming concern aside, I'm curious what you think about it since you mentioned it.
This had me so excited the first time I played it. It was an "OMG, I get to do something in my ship!" moment.
I think this is a great Idea, and could incorporate many rooms.
The briefing room where we have First contact missions to discuss things with out officers. Maybe a desision tree to find out what to do next.
The Sick bay to examine a body, or new life form.
The Brig (do we get a brig?) to interrogate someone we captured.
The Captain's personal quarters to interrogate someone like Janek (ala James T Kirk)
The Bridge if we need to chase someone with the ship leaving on the screen before it switches back to space map.
The Engine room to...well I'm sure you can figure out something.
Excellent end. I really enjoyed this change. Keep up the awesome work.
I'm racking my brain on this but for all the liberated borg lifers like me floating around... I think this may be the FIRST liberated borg NPC since launch.
He wasn't a liberated borg. The Romulans have been reverse-engineering Borg tech. It's a Romulan-Borg implant

Actually, that's an assumption/speculation too. Your first statement, that is. Yes, the Romulans have been reverse-engineering Borg tech. But did the guy obtain his implant that way? Maybe, maybe not. The story has not yet revealed that. It could just as easily be that a liberated Borg officer is uniquely qualified to undertake/supervise said reverse-engineering.
It's certainly a neat twist, and I look forward to learning more about our new nemesis.
I still cant finish this mission because of bugs. 3/4 Romulans is a real gater and this happened so far on TWO of my characters.
Though I like giving different options depending on class, I think unless your a full Diplomat this mission isnt so enjoyable.
Personally, Im not liking this series so far, the rewards are horrible, its not that interesting and its really buggy.
The Last Series was much more fun and had better rewards and I was able to do them without alot of bugs and get the full story without grinding Ambassador.
