I'm about to buy a friend a copy of the game, and I was thinking of getting him a collector's edition copy so I could get the red matter capacitor.

The question is - is the bonus collectors edition content (red matter capacitor, uniforms) a separate code from the game code?

As far as I know, it's not a separate code (at least, my Collector's Edition didn't have 2 codes). Then again, I seem to remember some people said that European copies did come with 2 codes, the game code and the bonuses code. I guess it depends on where you are, but I'm thinking that the codes aren't separate.

I didnt have to put in two keys, just the one. And I think of all the goodies I got for the collecter's edition the red matter doo hicky is the only one I use. lol.
