***Resolved Issues***
  • "Login failed for unknown reason" error
  • Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
  • Slow patching in the launcher
  • A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

Never. But a couple of rounds of exploration for guaranteed loot is a lot more reliable than the roulette of the exchange.

Explorations are easiest then, unless you have anomalies and a good crafter in your Fleet.

Also, I think you can buy common quantum torpedoes from the regular vendors to tide you over until you get something better.

If you play for the first time or replay the second mission of the Breen series, they offer you a blue quantum torpedo to choose from. Not sure if it is scalable to rank.

you want to pay very close attention to the numerals on the actual items icon (as opposed to the written name) and the actual dmg done by some XI quantum torpedo launchesrs...

Yes, that is a genuine offer. If you still require them send me a PM in-game and I'll see what I have to send you.
