First of all great job with the weeklys. Secondly, will we ever be able to have multiple ship interiors to choose from, like we do our bridges? And will we ever get a chance to change all of our officers uniforms at once instead of changeing them one by one?
Thanks for the great work you guys do, just a couple of questions here.
1.I've been wondering with all the great work you've done on class specific mission activites. Please keep it up, and in that tone I was wondering if any thought had been given to adding class specific uniforms? Something like Dr. Crusher's lab coat, the Engineer mechanic overalls, or the training gi for tactical would be nice examples.
2. I love the non-combat pets and find its helpful since I'm trying to play a Xenobiologist. In that regard, has there been any thought to allowing storage of special items in either the Ready Room or Captain's Quarters. I can understand no storage for regular items, but it might be nice to keep the firework or pet summoners out of inventory......also can't leave ship pets alone without asking when we will see the human canine available.
3. Finally, a lot has been done to the game to increase the speed of travel through sector space. While I appreciate the meaning, it always felt like such speeds were incredible difficult to use. I was wondering if any thought had been given to allowing someone to move to the interior of their ship after setting a ship course i.e. I enter sector space at Sol and using my map to set a course for Risa. I could then enter my ship interior even to just sit in the chair during travel
When will we see the option to choose where our officers sit on the bridge and choose thier titles (first officer, etc) and also when will we see the ability for other officers on the ship( non-BOs) to wear the same uniforms as the bridge crew. And also is it a possiability to lower the registry limit to include canon numbers (1701 etc). Loving the game anyway!!!
Can you please let us know what the current thoughts are with the tier 6 ships? Will we see new ship designs with more consoles, weapon slots or will we see upgrades in the weapons, consoles, etc. from the current ship rosters?
Gozer recently announced some possible changes with STF's, tying the amount of people required and loot drops to the difficulty slider. As someone who likes them being as difficult as they are on Normal, but don't want to have to deal with a death penalty, is there some sort of plan to remove the death penalty's association with the difficulty slider? Without such disassociation, it seems you're forcing me to choose between "too easy" or "annoying death penalty."
Will there be any options for the fleet bank where a fleet admiral could set personalised permissionsin the fleet banks that would allow them to set different options for each different player in the fleet for example you might want players at the in game commander rank to access items for commanders but not items for captains and admirals?
Any timeline yet on getting to play as Romulans? Cardassians? Borg? Species 8472? (Missing Armada II and all the playable species that game offered.)
Would it be possible to make missions and the galaxy map a little easier to navigate? That is to say, some way of zooming in on a sector block you're not currently in if you've been there before and setting course to some location therein (such as a system or starbase)? Also, would it be possible to in some way show on the map, in a simple way, where "in progress" missions are located, with a similar ability to "plot a course" to that location? Preferably with some level of automation whereby you could walk away from the computer and it would have made all the course corrections and warped where appropriate to get there? And/or could there be an option in the "in progress" missions screen to simply "set course" for a given mission within that interface? Especially if it's in the current sector block (but, even if not). I think that would make things just a tiny bit easier and less frustrating (trying to figure out where things are and how to get there).
Will exploration / patrol missions ever get better? A friend and I slogged last night through Sirius, Celes, Risa sectors, and frankly, "kill 5 squadrons" or "scan 5-6 plants/stones/shield generators" eventually gets really old, really fast. Could we have something "different" like "clean up a giant bug infestation," "map an underground cave system (and catalog new life forms, possibly defend oneself from them)"? Something to liven things up a bit and break up the monotony. Much as I love "kill 5-squadron dungeon" crawls, a break is needed.
I feel like I'm forgetting something. If I remember, I'll ask later.
