No way in frign hell am I playing 200k for 20 samples... I wouldn't pay 200k for 100 samples.. I will try and find them my self, but does anyone know if certin samples are found in a certin zone? If so is there like a map or a guide to this?
Yes, they are. The different Exploration Clusters are associated with different data samples.
I am not sure if Suricita's Star Charts are still up to date, but I seem to remember they contained a description in which exploration cluster you could find which anomalies.
i was just thinking it would be nice to have a science and analysis center on ESD and Memory alpha, where an npc scientist instructs you on anomalies, where to take them, (which exists a little bit on memory alpha) AND gives a list of which star clusters contain which materials in general.--this is what is missing... this is the part that needs to be easy access on star-ports
I tested every exploration zone when crafting was revamped, these are the "pure" places to get only the tier sample you are looking for, not mixed samples.
The exception to this is B'tran Rear Admiral which is mixed Tier5 and 6, though mostly Teir5. I was not able to find a pure source of Tier5.
