It's too time consuming trading for all the Pokemon. However it's not that hard since you can do it online these days. I just made a post at GameFAQs asking for the Gamestop event Celebi so I could start the Zorua event in White when I get it. It took me about an hour but all I had to trade for it was a Meowth.

Wait -- did I see gold letters? Did someone official actually post in 10f?!

Wait... so we can't even use normal trade to get old pokemon to the new game? AND NO HOLD ITEMS?!?

That's just going too far- how am I supposed to get the trade evolutions that way?
