The bug in question, is that the DS9 uniforms which my account is entitled to from a code I used with my Star Trek Online (Gold Edition) purchase over a year ago, seems to be locked when I try applying the uniforms to any female character or bridge officer.
On all male characters and officers, the DS9 uniform is rightfully unlocked, whereas on female characters/officers, it tells me i'm supposed to pay additional Atari Tokens for it.
Still waiting on a response as to when it might get fixed.
It's been 3 days since my last post, and my ticket hasn't changed 1 iota. Any chance this is actually getting looked into, or are Cryptic trying to scam me for additional money? (buying the DS9 Uniforms, when it came included with my Gold Purchase).
I have been haveing a similar problem with the lower half of the TOS mirror universe skirts they aren't selectable, and despite explain i don't even get a Uniform - short option they just reply with the same thing
Been over a week since I first posted this thread, and not a single dev response, and no further response on my GM/Bug tickets. Starting to think Blizzard's customer support is better, and still the waiting time tends to be a couple of days.
