I bought the game and it was supposed to have a few bonuses. I went to the c store and looked them up but it is asking for a price. It will not let me claim them. The bonuses are uniforms and red matter capacitor. I could not find the red matter at all. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Did you put in all the bonus codes that came with your game on the reclaim code page here on the site.

The tng/ ds9/ first contact uniforms should be unlocked in the tailor at earth space dock.

The red matter capacitor should be under the specials tab in the cstore.
