You can take screenshots in the game at any time by pushing the printscreen key on your keyboard. A good place to take the screenshots is in the tailor menu since you can rotate them around and tweak their uniforms at the same time. The screenshots are stored in the screenshots folder of the game directory. From here, it's just a matter of manipulating the screenshots together onto one background as you want. If you've never done that before, you should be able to find out someone willing to help you around here somewhere. Some people enjoy photoshopping things. (I'm not very good at it, sorry.)
