What is there to stop? If a mission gets reported, it got reported. You can't stop anyone.

But abusing the report function is also a violation of the EULA.

Well, I just want to be sure that the rules are clearly defined before I let any child of mine or even myself for that matter play these missions.

Well, if someone palys it - finds soomething offensive, or against teh game EULA, Foundry EULA, or STO terms of service, they report it, and a GM/Dev/Service Rep. looks at the mission; and if they agree that it's in Violation, it gets pulled, and action taken against the account holder (all that up to Cryptic, and kept private between Cryptic and the account holder.)

No way 'friends' can protect that, as all it takes is a single player who makes a report; and for Cryptic to look and agree there's been a terms violation.

and i agree. all it takes is one person to report the mission. and Mission are not put in the general UGC list untill it has been rated by players (opt-in btw you don't see un rated mission if you don't opt-in)
