On my mission I am running into an issue where effects objects such as "camera shake triggers" are having interacts pop up when the user gets near. I am also using smoke, firewalls, fire, fire lighting, and falling water, and steam jets. I'm not sure which one is causing it but I will get multiple interacts.
Also, are "reach markers" normally interactable? Perhaps I am doing my triggering wrong. I am triggering events (revealing effects) when someone reaches a "place marker". Is that the appropriate way to trigger a scripted explosion for example?
You should be able to find out whats interactable by getting back into the foundry. Go through your list of effects or other objects which could be causing these unwanted interacts. If the objets have a 'Triggers'tab then they are interactable.
Click on theTriggers tab and it should have some information as to what is triggering it.
Most likely you probably got your triggers round the wrong way, Ie having the objects that would turn the effects opff actually being able to be turned off by interacting with the effect.
Ahhh..so "this component complete" means once someone interacts with it? I thought that meant once the effect was done playing. I was trying to use that to make sure that the camera shake effect would turn off after playing once.
