I noticed that the phaser lance on the Galaxy X is more powerful than before but its still week against shields. It on only damages 1% of the hull when cutting down the shields. I get 30% of my hull damaged when the Klingons ship use a super beam weapon. Once again thats one sided and disappointed. My heavy cannons take shields down't better than the lance does. Will you ever make it strong like on the "All Good Things" episode?

No because that would be overpowered..
The Lance is fine, just spec for it and fire off your buffs before using it.. Obviously Tacticals are better for this.

I agree with Cobra. the lance is for sure better, but still dissapointing when compared to the actual ST series (AGT, particularly)
as for tacs, iv never used a dread with a tac ship, but i could imagine it pops easier than a balloon on a hot day. plus all those engi skills would be put to poor use if not speced out right.

Huh?
Its a cruiser.. It have a ton of engineering slots..
That means a Engineering captain only moderately improves it (its quite able to spam heals without Eng Captain abilities)
On the other hand, a Tactical Captain gives it what it lacks the most, a ton of damage boost skills.
Sci captains are not nessecarily best in SVs. Tacs not nessecarily best in escorts and engineers not nessecarily best in cruisers
And again, even halfway matching the AGT performance of the lance is a bad bad idea.. As it stands, you get a free 5th frontal weapon.. A BOL4 so to speak, look to my sig for what is possible with a BOL3 (and that isnt even my best score)
Hi there,
about question #39. shuttlebays. please let this be true?? can we also, craft delta flyer?? even if we have it?? will it have it's own inventory??? and, can we craft the fighters there??
With the duty officer system and Fleet Admiral rank coming out, is there a chance that we can not only send away teams to do missions for us, but also, upon reaching FA, ships from our own fleet? For example, I could fly around with my dreadnought being the flagship, and deploy for instance my Sovereign and its crew in Romulan space, and my galaxy refit in Cardassian space, depending on the size of my fleet.
There is a reason why a lot of Federation players don't like to use PVP. Its because most of the time when there are teams using Ventrillo they can work together very well, far better than average teams. We average teams are forced to lose hopelessly, especially if we are a team of strangers. Cryptic need to ban Ventrillo to even the odds or make the servers support audio in a way the all you have to have is a headset to talk.

CRYPTIC need to ban Ventrillo ?? HAHAHAHA
And the use of Macrokeyboards, and the use of Speedpads for mouse, also certain powerdrinks are on the red list...

If players/teams choose to use 3rd-party voicechat systems, it's their right. If it bothers you that much, don't PvP. Players won't stop using voicechat just because you, or anyone else, want to complain about it.
Better idea: Cryptic could integrate voice chat into their game. Oh wait! They're doing that already. Tada! I just fixed that problem.
The real problem with PvP is the fact that PvP players are leaving, and the only changes to PvP are going to come in the very long term - at which point there may be no one left to appreciate them.
