And he was the only Klingon to survive that movie, too. Loved that guy in Night Court.

I honestly didn't know that little fact about Mr. Larroquette. The things you learn.

And you don't find it fitting at all that Kang's ship went back in time?

Christopher Lloyd plays Doc Brown, who builds a Time Machine out of a deLorean.
Christopher Lloyd plays Kang, who captains a Bird of Prey that is captured by Kirk and used to travel back in time.

I'd say Lloyd was the perfect person to play Kang.

Eh, if it happened in the same movie, sure it would have been somewhat appropriate. Since it didn't I choose to be difficult and say bad choice overall.

Just that Lloyd didnt play Kang at all. Michael Ansara played Kang and Kang didnt appear in that movie.

Commander Kruge on the other hand WAS played by Lloyd and happened to appear in ST3^^

Yeah, thanks for clearing that up. Was wondering where all this Kang stuff came from. Not only wasn't Kang in ST III, he was in an episode of DS9 (where he died) and appeared on a flashback episode of Voyager (on the Excelsior viewscreen). Doc Brown was most certainly not Kang.

Years ago...there was an anniversary special...I think it may have been the 30th or something...will have to research that.

Larroquette showed up on the stage... He knew few people realized that he played Maltz.

Found it.
