Ok. I Got such problem i am on lvl 7 and can go fight on pvp area nor create a klingo, can sbd teal me whtas rong.
There is info that on lvl 6 I unlocke pvp but i didnt hapened in my case
Have you spent all of your available skillpoints? If you still have un-spent skillpoints, the game may not have registered that you have reached Lt7 yet... Spending any remaining skillpoints should unlock both PvP and the ability to create a Klingon character.
