Well, hey there. Obviously, I saw your thread in the Starfleet Academy forum...
There sadly aren't that many active Asia-Pacific/Oceanic timezone fleets anymore...or indeed, many international fleets with a significant representation from the timezone. Hence MonCapitan's intent in this thread, because despite that lack, there do seem to be a bunch of actual players from the area still in-game.
I've seen folks from the ANZAC fleet running around, so I know that's still a going concern, but not much beyond that.
