I think the designers of sto should build a federation carrier. A ship that could carry shuttle craft or peregrine and scorpion fighters or both. Why should only the Klingon's get this technology give us Federation players a federation carrier who is with me?

Honestly the fed side of the game already has Umpteen more ships then the klingons.... already are the only faction with usable sci ships. Leave the Kllingons their only one unique sci ship.

Go roll yourself a klink toon and get you a carrier... it really doesn't take that long.

This has been hashed out so many times by poeple with far more attractive looking arguments than yours, usually those shouting no win out.

Personally I don't even like the KDF carrier so I don't know why people want one on fed side so badly the thing has been nerfed into the ground several times.

Though I will admit some of the light/pocket carrier idea's some people have come up with looked interesting.

no no and o ya NO and never dose that work? feds have nerfed my spirit of fire way to many times for even more nerfs when feds get them and if feds do get them man o man in 1 day their will be 1 million posts to buffs its turn to 50 and give it 100 more fighters that my friends is the only thing i would like to see.

I'm not sure why we don't have a carrier i know for a fact that the Akira class ship was a carrier not an escort ship and it carried fighters. now when i find this book I'll post the title. but i do know that the star ship creator allowed me to also make the Akira a carrier. and that program was sanctioned.

I'm all for Freedom of all ships at endgame and all that jazz. But the feds should NOT have a carrier. Let the Klingon's have some originality? Please?
