250 Emblems per character? Or is this something that can be claimed through the C-Store one time for one character per account?

Can't wait to see the Jupiter uniform!

Each character gets the accolade once, so I'm guessing each character will get the emblems.

Title sounds cool, and emblems are most welcome as is the extra ship slot. The free exclusive costume pieces sound awesome, but please we require pics! Our mear mortal lives depend on such things! lol

... is the Emblem store level-gated?

Because if it's not, and the above is the case, well...

Obviously an Ensign can't use Mk. XI equipment, but the stuff isn't Bind-on-Pickup. If an Ensign can access the store then people can roll an unending series of new alts and continually buy 250 Emblems worth of stuff from the vendor in order to ship it off to VA/LG alts, or to sell on the Exchange.

That could be a serious cluster ****.
