So how about calming down and give the Devs/Gms a break.
Games are played at all hours of the day and night from different time zones and so it should be expected to have (In Game Support) if the company has a button for its use. There by said company should be expected to have a means of responding in a timely manner. Waiting hours on end is not good buisness practice.

First off, what's the bug?

Second, the devs generally don't "help" players on missions (there are some good reasons for it).

Yes, that's true, but it's also ytrue wiythe the MMOs I've submitted GM help requests on in the past (EQ, CoH, WoW, EVE Online, WAR and ***); I've never received GM help in under 1 hour minimum (and most took longer.) 42 minutes at non peak hours (ie outsuide normal business hours of the home company) isn't the point at which I'd be complaining abpout 'lack of GM response' for any MMO these days. Not saying it doesn't suck when you have an issue, but no MMO I've played has had a 'ightning quick' GM response'.

It's a problem with the Coliseum mission, with the escorted Reman character disappearing for Raaven616

Yeah thats where I'm at right now.. after my third run from one end of the canyon to the other... No Slamek NPC...grrrrr.. Stuff like this is why I took a year off from it.. Only came back because SOE got hacked and they shut their sites and games down now going on two weeks.. I even cancelled my subscription to DCUO because of it..

They charge as much as every other mmo out there (and more than quite a few) ... should we not expect at least the same level of service?

Have you done the optional......or just try entering the cave. Also you may want to beam out and wait a cou;e of mintues then beaming back in I do not know if this would put you back into the cannon as I have not personal ever had this problem.

This is what I got from Atri Support about problems with Compeleting the mission:

Should you find yourself struggling with a mission:

Go back and reread the mission text, making certain that you have not missed any steps.
Check with other players, the forums and patch notes see if there are suggestions, a common confusion or a known issue which can take place with the mission.
If the mission requires a certain NPC or type of foe, you may need to wait a while for it to respawn or become available.
Drop the mission This option will allow you to restart the mission, and hopefully proceed without whatever issue occurred previously. Sometimes this will involve a short wait of 15-30 minutes outside of the instance; this will allow NPCs within the instance to reset, allowing your best chance for mission completion.
Some missions are intended for multiple players, you may want to ask your friends and fellow players for assistance. They may need help with the same mission too!
If you continue to have problems, please create a clear and complete Bug Report through the Help and Support options In-Game. Good bug reporting will help up resolve these issues much more quickly

I've done everything the mission has requested.. All green except the last line which says talk to Slamek...

and again he's disapeared faster than an illegal alien at an I.C.E convention

Am not saying you shouldn;t expect help am was just pointing out a few tib bit as far as I understood them.
