I agree, 'Focused Topic' Discussions are a good approach.

Perhaps we can get a clear definition of what 'In-Game Movement' will and will not cover --- aka narrowing your second comment. Thus people would not burn a question that is outside the desired scope, or is something that simply cannot be commented upon at this time.

This is indeed exciting to hear about that 'dev chat' session. I believe it is the best way to have focus discussions about game mechanics as live as it is possible within a controled environment.

Unknown at this point I think, but I am sure people will be made aware to whom to send PMs for their questions and some of the "basic" rules.

Can You Provide a pic layout of the controls? Like in the first page of a game book, show the controller, and tell what key does what and so on? will there be any cheats?

Address PvP , ruleset, areas , FvF and implications of FvF and size of groups and any other issues involving PvP . I'll refer you to http://forums.startrekonline.com/showthread.php?t=20940 if you've the stomache to read what ? 80 pages ?and http://forums.startrekonline.com/showthread.php?t=20797 24 pages. This is something that warrants detailed coverage . I do understand the constraints , if you're not able . A tututorial style clip would be nice.

Why is there going to be a movement discussion since it is a relatively easy concept to work with?

1. Can we get new video of the game?

2. Beta update timeline?

3. Anticipated game release?
