First of all I would like to point that I did clarify my words in a later post, and no it is not against the prime directive, to share our technology with other factions that desire to do us harm, I looked it up and under extreme threat such as the Borg Invasion exception can be made to the directive, now keep in mind everything I do has the approval of my superior officers. Now look at it from the high commands point of view, if all the Romulan Territory falls to the Borg Key Federation positions will be directly threatened including the sol system, so by strengthening, the Romulans we are in turn protecting our own borders. Everything needs to be done with a balance thinking about the now and the immediate future and it is hard to strike this balance but the high command is trying.
What you don't seem to realize Admiral Black, is that the Romulans do not desire or want our help. We can not force them to accept it, it is their right as a sentient species to choose their course of actions. Giving the Romulans our technology will only increase our problems because what we do for one, we have to do for the others. Your methods are erratic and you don't seem to understand the nature of this situation. Your willingness to just give everything to unfriendly factions is extremely disturbing and I hope by Primus that it doesn't come back to bite you in the exhaust pipe.
*combadge chirps* "USS Omega Supreme ready to depart Prime."
