Terran I give you this warning. Attack me and I will use force to disable your ship. I give you a chance to leave now. But I will not let you have this coblablue again.
If I press this button.... it will destory the Coblablue ship.... aswell as the ntire race of COblablue inside it.... that's all of them.... except me.... It wa created.... if things ever got so bad.... that the entire universe was at stake.... we could.... destroy the entire Coblablue Race.... therefore we couldn't tell any harmful inforamtaion that could endanger the fabric of time and space itself....

Coblablue I didn't save you to dstroy your race. I will do all on my power to help and protect your people. It is never a victory to destroy your species. It only gives victory to your enemy.
I am Maximus prime of cybertron. I make this plea to the federation. The race you know as the coblablue have been attacked by the terrans and they have little hope of winning without help. I have sworn to defend this small but growing race. They have made mistakes I know but I can safely say so have you. They need the chance and deserve the chance to grow. I do not expect you to just help. It is my burden alone. As I have made the vow to defend them from the terrans. But think of this after them the terrans will come for you. I believe the iconians are using them to weaken this reality. And while I am now much older and my spark much dimmer. I will also protect this galaxy from the iconians till my spark is gone. So I request your aide in this war. I will appear before the Klingons as well. If we can stop them here we may be able to stop the terrans as well. I have seen these coblablue rise to the occasion. I have also seen them use deceit. But haven't you and your federation done the same in the past. So I ask you to help. I will await your response. Until then I will be waiting.
