Okeg: You misunderstand me Admiral. It is not that i doubt your capabilities but is that many of your actions have been dubious, at best. You will remain my advisor on the Borg threat along with Admiral Soval, after a hearing has been held by IA in regards to your actions ranging from the unauthorised peace negotiations with the Klingon Empire to your formation of the Galactic Defense Force without the authorisation of the Federation Council. The hearing will evaluate whether you are fit to remain a member of Starfleet Command.

I'd just like to take a moment to point out that the Gamma Quadrant is closer to the Delta Quadrant than your Alpha Quadrant, and we of the Dominion have very little trouble dealing with the Borg.

If I might suggest all of your problems can be solved by building a 5 year expiration date into all Starfleet and KDF military personnel and restructuring your military into smaller, expendable ships.

Okeg: I did not authorise the negotiations with the Klingon Empire until Admiral Prime came to me with the proposal to make the negotiations official. I also didn't authorise the Martial Law declaration prior to the battle at Jupiter. The recent security measures I did authorise and at Soval's suggestion I have rescinded the Civil Armament plan. It is not Federation policy to have one Admiral retain FULL military command of the Federation, which is one of the reasons I ask you to step down. I also did not authorise the delivery of TR-116 rifles to the Romulan and Klingon Empires.

J: "Is an amusing day it's easier to get Romulans talking then the Federation. We are holding position, having taken out several borg ships inside federation space. However, we cannot aid those federation vessels stranded here without some agreement."

Soval: This is Vice Admiral Soval. It is not Federation custom to make agreements with an unidentified power. We would like to negotiate but it must be with a representative of your government. Before we can sign any treaties we must know the identity of your organisation.
