At Starbase Alpha an untraceable hologram appears in the former office of Admiral Logan

Admiral Soval, My investigations are still in their fledgling stages, but I had to contact you. It seems my initial concerns are correct. We intercepted a number of stange signals, I cant tell you what frequency they're on...We stumbled on them purely by accident and have been able to decode only one of them so far. It took my photonic science officer, a certified genius, nearly 12 hours just to decode this one. The message we received was as follows.

We don't know who or what these individuals are, or their motives, but I've taken some steps to find out. For obvious reasons I won't disclose on open channels what these steps are, but with any luck I may have some more answers soon.
