It was going to have a story arc where a Federation Ship was stolen from a shipyard and you had to pursue. However, I can't seem to find a way to setup a trigger that changes my Friendly NPC ship to Hostile. Is there any way to accomplish this? It seems like a pretty basic option.

Apologies if there was another thread on this feature and I missed it.

You could make the pursuit span a map transition, and then after the map transition, skin a klingon ship with your stolen ship costume.

Glad I could help. Might be better to skin a mirror universe ship than a klingon ship. That way, the stolen ship will still use phasers/torpedos appropriate to Starfleet.
