I myself prefer to keep my Windows desktops uncluttered and unadorned with simple solid black backgrounds. It's less rendering that my graphics cards have to keep refreshed. If I'm on the computer at home then I'm usually playing a game full screen. If at home and not playing a game or surfing news then the computer is off.
Nothing really special on this pc, dual monitor setup. but when I lug the M1730 to work for the days I know will have downtime I usually have some DreamScenes video clips for desktops to show off, in addition to the light show the M1730 has built into it.
I dunno, you mean the Andrew Probert who reservedly gave some endorsement to the new 'enterprise', and designed several previous ones? Yes. He's doing a bit of hashing out a new saucer and modified nacelle struts for it now, so I'm hoping I'll have my new desktop inna month or two.
