Recently I accidentally (and quite stupidly) deleted my favourite VA character after renaming it. Although I'm sure this does not occur often, I thought it might be worthwhile noting all relevant information required when requesting character restoration.

In my case, support was able to restore the character; however this will not always be the case!

To have any chance of getting your character back, you should launch a ticket (either in game or using the links from the support page on their website), as soon as possible.

You will need to include the following information:

Full character name - (eg., John@Smith)
The date the character was deleted
Level of character
Confirmation that you do not have another character using the same name
Confirmation that you have an available empty character slot for the character to be restored


I'll repeat that this DOES NOT GUARANTEE that support will be able to recover your character, but they will need this aboved information before they can act upon your request.

Good to know for future reference for those that need the info, i will post it in my fleet website later on aswell.
