"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Hi all i just recently upgraded from 32 bit windows 7 to 64 bit and ever since then i have been unable to get past the character load screen i get the error
"Fatal Error: Error decompressing data. Verifying files in the launcher may fix this issue." (it does not)
ex: Error decompressing data. verifying files may fix this issue." (it does not)
Here are the steps i have taken so far.
1. I have updated all video,sound and nic drivers.
2. I have updated windows 7 and my bios.
3. i have re-installed STO about four times in different locaton and profiles.
