Pre-Announce these things.

Not only is it a courtesy to those of us who purchase things from the C-store, but you'll also likely see an influx of C-point purchases in preparations. Meaning more money for you. Announcing even just a week in advance gives most people a chance to purchase C-points in preparation. By jumping off on the sale as it starts some people will not be able to take advantage of it due to not having funds at the time. So you lose out on purchases.

Just bought 4 character slots for 425 points. Yay, and such.

Though agreed, a bit of notice would be nice next time :p

I wonder if this decision was related to the question I asked about account-wide ship and BOff slots that never got answered...

Even at 50% off; character-locked slot purchases are still poor value compared to account-wide.

These days I refuse to buy without a sale - they do this too often to do otherwise Patience is a virtue, new releases and sales only at the minute.

I've got 3 purple crew members in my unassigned crew pool and am going to make ambassador soon so I can get more crew slots and have them all on my crew. Do this sale more often.

Oh you people suck.
