as far as i know, no player or bridge officer abilities affect the damage Eject Warp Plasma does...

what DOES affect it's damage though, are points specced into Starship Engineering Training, along with Starship Engine Performance and Starship Engine Maintenance

i know this because i love using it it's awesome

Is your target under effects that reduce damage resistance? Such as Attack Pattern Beta or Sensor Scan?

Are you hitting things like Engineering Team or Engineering Fleet that boosts certain skills for the duration -- these could be boosting your Eject Warp Plasma damage as they increase general skills tied to the power.

I think engineering team adds a few points to the skill that affects it. I could be wrong, though.

Engineering Team should add a few points to Engineering Training which adds some to Eject Warp Plasma. Not much, but every little bit could help. I usually save my Engineering Team for repairing hull damage though.

Engineering Team slightly boosts it thanks to the +Engineering Training buff it applies for 5 seconds.

EWP is also greatly boosted by Tac abilities (APA/GDF/TacFleet) and Resistance Debuffs on your target.

I'm not positive but I think your auxiliary power level also affects the damage of EWP.

Things I'm 100% sure increase the damage:

Engineering Team, Emergency power to weapons (for the 1st 5 seconds), resistance debuffs like beta / delta and the tac buffs mentioned by MSV191.

Aux has no effect, sensor scan likely does though.

Edit: I forgot one, the decloak damage buff on ships that have it increases it too.

Correct.

Anything that boosts damage on yourself or reduces damage resistance on your enemy boosts EWP.

That's an intresting thought, I may try that out later/tomorrow (it's late/early here now) if I can convince a fleet mate to sit still and let me vent warp rubbish on them.
