Ironically for a FPS it probably had more role play than most Star Trek Role Playing Games.

call me sentimental but I loved Starfleet Command. for when it was released it was an awesome space flight simulator, and the first Star Trek game where PVP combat was possible.

Yeah, it sure did. Seems there a few Elite Force fans here. I bet we're all looking forward to Ground Combat 2.0

I was a member of the Academy of the Elite "[AOE]". Strafe jumping FTW! There was this one guy who cracked me up everytime I played with him. His clan was "One Man Clan." His description read, "No, you can't join. It's already full!" Ah, those days were lots of fun.

I really liked Elite Force, and EF 2 started off really well. I just felt that it peaked early with the mission where you board the Excelsior class ship. After that I kept waiting for a mission to be equally as awesome, but to no avail...

Maybe its just me...

Probably Star Trek: Armada II. Closely followed by Starfleet Command, Armada, and SFC III.

Least favorite? Star Trek: Legacy. Mostly because it just never worked. (I had high hopes, too...it sounded so awesome.) There was also some awful console Trek game around then where you piloted some kind of fighter and just zapped things.
