And why we say it doesn't always end quickly?

Actually Zor's got several good games on youtube. This one's just one of my favorite cause of how back and forth it was.

I like this one too.

If you watch the video you can actually learn alot about playing the game as well.

I rewatched the first vid and rediscovered that I'd been flying like a drunken noob since I got back, I put a couple of my old flight moves back in my arsenal and I've seen immediate results in durability, and damage dealing. Between that and Mini warming me up earlier I'm kind of on a tear right now.

Two things u can learn from those videos:
1. Mixed fleet teams take fun to a whole new level.
2. Science was triumphing all.

Also, a bit sad i dont see some ppl around anymore.

Yeah sci power was definitely at it's peak back then.
I miss the soccer builds though. Or rather I miss it working so consistently.

All cryptic has to do to get a nice happy medium would be to implement a mixed resistance. 25 percent (at max) passive resistance to sci skills, with a 25 percent bonus resist that triggers immediately after a power is fired off with resist to like minded powers. (for example lets say I have a 25 percent resist sci stuff. I get hit with CPB, a 25 percent resist to shield drain gets added ontop of this that lasts for 10 seconds) Or they could just add a 5 second global between all sci abilities and have a 25 percent passive resist.

I do think though balance was closer back then and the game was more fun last july than it is now.
