We have another player-authored Mission Spotlight Video for you! Created by Seancy8512 using The Foundry toolset, "Hunt for the Daq Duj" propels you into a game of hide-and-seek as you track down an unexpected threat to the Federation...
Disregard. Had to become a reviewer first. Did not expect that for a spotlight mission :p
You had to become a reviewer? That would mean this mission hasnt even been played 5 times(as of when you looked for it). How the heck did this get chosen as a spotlight without having gone through the review process? I guess the author most know someone at Cryptic
This mission had to be unpublished by the user because his handle had been changed. Sadly handle changes do not show in the Foundry, as it does not re-sync with the system after a handle is updated. (Different servers that never were meant to speak to one another and all that.)
I'm sorry it's still 'under review'; I had hoped that in the week it took to change everything around the mission would have been back in the regular review lists.
I enjoyed the mission. It has a great story with plenty of Trek techno babble, and references to TNG and TOS. The only issue I had was with defending the USS Echo. The enemies were placed right on top of her, and were unresponsive. Being in an escort, they quickly went down, and took the Echo with their warp core explosions. Immediately after, I received a hail from the Captain thanking me for the assistance. I LOL'd.
Might want to move those enemies a little further away to avoid that.
I realize the "Spotlight Missions" is to showcase exceptionally well done missions by the community. But surely, you could've chosen a Klingon mission or two, to spotlight?
It was and 'ok' re-telling of the Hunt for Red October . The USS Dallas reference was a bit much for me. But then what the heck do I know... it's better than anything I could have done.

The last spotlight was, in fact, a Klingon mission.

sean connery would make an epic Klingon. Agreed this mission is the story of The Hunt for the Red October.
