so... you're mad at the devs, and the game, just for one small problem that sounds like a bug?
it would help if you gave more detail (proper spelling prefered)

this might be a bug at launch, but since they have not fixed it then it is how they want the game to be.

1. Crystalline entity is intended as a Fleet Action. This means you should not be able to do it alone, Ever. If you want to do CE, then try doing it with a group of people.
2. Like all Fleet Actions, CE is level banded, meaning that a Lieutenant Commander will face a CE around LtC6 while a Commander will face a CE around Cmdr6. This is intended and working correctly. For reasons, see #1.
3. Your weapons... they may be very rare, but are they the correct level for you? A Very Rare MK IV is far less powerful than a common MK VIII. Even if you are using MKVIII, refer to #1 for why you didn't do much damage.

well, join the club, they are a lot of bugs from launch that weren't fixed, and aren't likely to get fixed anytime soon
if we can get enough attention to it, or an actual dev response, maybe we can change that

You need a LOT more then 7 players, like over 20. All of them working as a well coordinated machine (best with something like vent), each with their own specfic tasks.

Unlike the other fleet actions, which aren't too difficult and could be pugged, this one is a mission for a whole fleet to accomplish (or not). The real true test comes when you get it down to about 33%, then all hell breaks loose.

I want my escort coated in the skin of the CE... it could be the best armor set in the game!
