Have them deployed as a solitary (cloaked?) mine, instead of a directed fire-and-forget torpedo?

These suggestions surface quite often, and yet we still get no word from Cryptic as to wether these changes will happen, are even being taken on board, or even getting read by the devs. It's a sad state of affairs, the general response on the topic seems to be along the lines of "shut up, you'll get them when you get them".
Thanks. As a former B'Rel-R captain, I had some idea what the issue was. The other poster just didn't make much sense in stating that it was an either or proposition. Your suggestions sound reasonable.

I'd like to see them figure out something different to do with the B'Rel-R or found a way to tweak it to make it more useful. I love the look of the ship, and I know some Captains swear by them, but I found it to be of limited usefulness in its current state.

Hmm.... much better with a B'Rel and a cloaked mine would be good for anyone in a dog fight. Plus, I've been wanting them to start testing out cloaking mines anyway. Cool, in the words of a certain effete bald man, "Make it so."

So you want to give the Klingon Empire a planet-destroying torpedo - the most powerful destructive force ever created, to quote a certain Klingon commander - to make up for the Federation getting the Klingons' anti-planet killer weapon?

Honestly, Fed carriers would make more sense than Klingon Carriers. Just give the KDF more Orion/Gorn ships for the 'science role'.

Oh yeah, I'd totally be up for a game of hunt the adolescent Vulcan too

It could be the kdf version of greased up deaf guy!
