First i would like to say, Great effert from you and your cast.

I loved the title shot, awesome, but the rest was...

This all seemed rushed. First, don't give any release dates until you have a 100% finished copy that is checked and screened by you and your staff, hence the last part of the show was missing lines. Once this is done, set a date a week later to give your self time to advertise, and fix things if need be.

This is my one big turn off of this show, it feels rushed and sloppy, like reusing scenes where the Klingon's shoulder pads fade out and in or that really cool ground scene before the fight where you see 3 shadows that belong to no one.

There are some points story wise that make no seance, like the Vulcan saying "it should have been me", an emotional response, and why did the commander report in after beaming to the ground? This could have been a cool transporter room scene.

And as a viewer, why were the Remans fighting the away team? Klingon's don't hide under a hood.

The scenes in the cave are way to dark to enjoy the show, and the bar table scenes IMHO is the worse. Ither the table is to big, or its the seating, or its the camra, or all that kills the feeling of being organic.

Now you probably hate me, and for that i'm sorry but you need this feed back to challenge your self as a film maker so that your next project with be better.

1- You took the time to make this, i'll take the time to help you. First, shoot your table talking in Tribble, and yse the vivox by teaming up with a cast mate and hitting B so your mouth moves. You don't need to rebuild the hole sceane, jest a wall in the back is needed.

2-For quick reshots of a single toon, get all your cast to save there toon and go to:
C:\Users\Public\Games\Cryptic Studios\Star Trek Online\Live\screenshots and get them to send you there toons pic that's the .jpg image that is 300x400. You place these in your folder and you can load them in your game.

3- The sound from some cast member are ok wile others are not. Use Skype with all the cast of a scene to ensure that sound and dialog flow and record with this:
http://voipcallrecording.com/
In a real movie or show, they record the voices first, then the animators sink up to that. If the voices are bad or out of place, this could hurt the show and lose your audience.

4- and last and the most important, setting up shots. As i stated, the lowest point in this show was the table conversation. Most of the audios was bad our out of sink, but the hardest was the toons and there seating and camera shots. I recommend re-watching the briefing room shots from TNG when there gathered around talking about a mission. And don't use the same animation over and over agin in the same cut, that looks really bad. Here are some examples of filming scenes and dialogue:

In closing, i hope you see this as i intended, constructive criticism to help challenge you to grow as a better film maker, not someone dropping a pile of poo on your work. Jest keep working hard, dont give up, and your show will turn out great.

The reason behind this is as follows. You can't have a player or an npc sit and do talking emotes at the same time. We had to some how fake it by having the npc's standing while talking, and then raise the table slightly to try and make it look like they were sitting. Yes tribble would have been a better option to use for this, but all these scenes and maps etc were made and filmed well before season 4 hit tribble. Yes, we could of gone back and redone it in tribble but for one we all have busy lives and real jobs to go to (I myself took a weeks holiday from work to get some of this done) and we're all from different places in the world, so getting everyone together to do the 'acting' can be troublesome at best.

On a lighter note, myself and others who work on, or have worked on the project do appreciate these kinds of comments. This was our first attempt at anything like this. Could it have been better? Yes. Would we change some things? Yes Did we have the time to go back and change things? No.

We have learn't from this, which can only mean that things can only get better!!

Cool trick, lol, see, i had no idea, lol. So you know, if you add a few head shots or over the shoulder shots in the bar scenes, this would help break up what you already have and it may only take an hour to build the set in tribble. You don't need the hole set, think of a sitcom, they didn't build a hole house on the stage, If you do an over the shoulder shot like in the video i posted for you, the toon closes takes up 40% of the screan, wile the other toon takes 30% and you got 20% of the background to play with.jest slap a wall and a table and one or two toons at a table behind your talking toon and your done. You have all these grand set on Holodeck because you want to let people play them, and thats a lot of hard work, my hats off to you, but if you mix a little of tribble in to it, or wate till season 4, head shots take 80% of the screen, jest place a wall be find the toon.

I'm really relived you didnt take my comments the wrong way, i'v been down these roads befor, and jest thought you may like some input, and keep up the good work, you'll only get better.

One praise I must give you is the title shot. Was very well done.

Also Any time your ships were going through space, it looked awesome, and do did your bridge scene.
