# 1 C-sec refund
07-05-2011, 06:41 PM
Hi,

I wanted to know if it is possible to get a refund for an item I accidentally bought, See a bought a galaxy class retrofit when I could have just used my free ship token for hitting VA, And I'd really like to spend the points on other things.

Odds are not but the only actual way to find out is to submit a ticket to billing via the support site.

Sadly like the others have indicated, you will not get a refund of any kind. There have been threads like this before and the answer is always the same:

- ... Trades (PC - PC)
- ... Exchange purchases
- ... Emblem/marks/medal purchases
- ... Vendor purchases
- ... C-Store purchase
- ... Stuff taken from fleet banks

will not be refunded or retraded.

Before anyone gets ideas about giving examples: People have been flaming, whining, complaining, stating that they do it in WoW (they must be blind, cause STO dosent look like WoW)... and it won't change anything... Cryptic dosen't do it.

But... It never hurts to try!

Give it a go. What have you got to lose?
