Anybody else having trouble transitioning maps?? I just updated to S4 and took one of my toons to ESD and it took over 15 minutes for me transition. It actually logged me out and when i logged back in it took a few seconds. Whats the deal?

do you have on-demand patching turned on? if you do, then that's probably why (the normal all-in-one-go patch is broken into many smaller pieces, to be patched during transtition screens)
if you don't... then i don't know why

I have the Disable On-Demand Patching checked. Is this the problem?

possibly, if it's checked off, on-demand patching will turned off and the all-in-one-go patching should be going as normal
if you're still having trouble with the transtition screens... then something else may be the problem
