4 Engineers with Turret Fabrication 1-3 ftw.
Though for diversity I run 3 Engineers with TF 1-3 + 1 Science for Healing. I'll probably switch the sci for a tactical after S4 hits only because I want to see the Kirk-Dropkick all the time ^^
I'm an Alien Tactical with the Close Combat Specialist Kit and two Tac (Gorn and Klingon), one Eng (Rigelian) and one Sci (Betazoid). Science gets a Compression Bolt Pistol (single target, steady DPS. Draws less aggro). Engineer takes the Prototype Antiproton Rifle, and my Tacs get the Pulsewave Rifle and Blast Assault.
