# 1 Back to try it again!
07-09-2011, 06:37 AM
I left 60 days after launch very disappointed as did many. Lately I have heard rumblings about how much better of a state the game is in now and decided to give it another go and re subbed yesterday. Anyone who is back for another try at this game a year later like me if you could give your impressions it would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Welcome back!

A whole lot is different, now.

Ground combat is now faster and deadlier, for one thing.

Some missions have been remastered, too, and are a Hell of a lot more interesting IMHO.

Once again, welcome back!

Thank you as well, I see the community is still nice which is a big plus. Have a few things to do then I'm going to dive back in head first, can't wait!

If you like doing PvP this was almost the wrong time to cone back. Cryptic screwed up the queues for it.

I was here paying attention to the Open Beta while I could and lasted awhile after launch before I quit the first time, citing it wasn't what I was told I was paying for (generally the faction discrepancy - I consider myself a KDF-first player).

I've since come back after keeping an eye on the game, as I missed the only interesting ship-to-ship PvP I've ever played.

I'm still here, knowing full well it may always feel like I'm participating in a beta test, but I'm enjoying myself enough to stay here while waiting for it to get better. The Foundry alone has me happy; what other MMO gives you a mission editor?!

Open PvP zones are what I'm waiting for next.
