They look better if you strip out the black and then blue console borders (but that requires stretchin). This wouldn't be a huge problem except that almost no other games wallpapers have a border, and with shuffle enabled it looks like you've centred a wallpaper that is too small.

And I agree. Some non federation ships would be cool.

man, I had no idea Cryptic were so "green" when it came to game design. Grats Cryptic, another week with another successfully recycled post.

The ships detail is nice,but I have trouble caring about the design. I'd rather see a fresh new Starfleet design or (even better) a Klingon ship.
Still,I'm happy with any update.

I did notice the corners of this wallpaper had an almost "lightning" like effect. I hope this is just part of a nebula or a spacial effect which coincidentally looks like the time travel lightning from Nero's ship,but is otherwise unrelated.

Another great looking wallpaper Cryptic. Too bad I can't use any of them since they all look horrible since there are no wallpapers for monitors with a resolution of 1440x900
