I'm running 3x DHC and one quantum torp up front... and 3x turret in the rear.
My primary toon is an engineer flying an escort. I do less damage than tacs in escorts, but have more healing power so I can stick around for a while longer and don't have to be quite so reliant on my team's healers to keep me alive.
As far as BOffs...
With the tactical setup I run two tac teams, two cannon rapid fires, scatter volley (great for mine or fighter spam), high yield torp, attack pattern Omega
My science officer has Sci team (to combat scramble sensors) polarize hull (to combat tractor beams) and photonic officer (to shorten cooldowns)
My engineer has engineering team and emergency to shields.
I've been playing a lot of PvP over the last few weeks, trying to work the kinks out of the build. It's not perfect by any means but I think it does OK. I'm probably going to ditch the quantum torp for a 'peng this weekend... which frees up the HYT BOff slot for something else without sacrificing much damage.
