Hi,
I was logged in playing and wandering by the admirals office in Earth Space Dock. I walked up to the girl by the door because she had an information bubble above her head. I spoke to her and what I got back was either another language like dutch, or just random gibberish.

I interacted with other characters in the game and all of that automated interaction was in my selected language english.

Can anyone tell me what the conversation with her has to do with, if it is just a bug that makes her only capable of speaking in whatever language she is speaking. I am not sure if anything can be done, but just interested in how this plays into the plot of the game.

its a bug. its from a foundry mission that has 'leaked' through.
