I'm in the USA and I'm having login problems as well, following the account migration to PWE. The launcher works fine, but after logging in with my new PWE account I am getting booted almost immediately.

My ISP is AT&T U-verse and I am located in the Milwaukee, WI, USA area.
The 'Net Test' results show why you're having problems... The suggested performance values for column 1, 2 and 3 should in the 300 - 500, above 20 and 300 - 500. And your recorded values are way way below this.
From the looks, it almost appears as if your performance is being throttled by your ISP... (You should contact them and ask why your Bandwidth is so low.) Nothing to do with PWE here...

It may sound funny, but for me it worked perfectly fine not eight hours ago and now I can be happy if I even get to load a map, let alone do anything with it.
Seems my tracer gives me great numbers but my nettest numbers are well below the average numbers listed. Any ideas? I use AT&T DSL Service in GA. My biggest problems are numerous back-to-back server drops and non-responses at night kicking me out to login page. and when i mean back-to-back i mean ill log back in and less than 20 secs 'im getting another no server response countdown like 10+ times. I usually quit after that many times.
