We are aware there is a queue to log in at this time.
We're aware of a Skill Points issue some Romulans may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
It would give plenty of flexibility for all 3 professions and give a potential cruiser setup (other than Excel) where cannons are more viable (normally youd have to run CRF, and would have no room for an AP)
It could also mirror the SC, and it could have the heaviest Eng BO setup.
Sweet
Posting in a new thread.
I'm sure that whatever the BOff layout/special ability is, it will be well thought out & insanely overpowered.
But that's OK, cuz It's not a Klingon ship.
hhhmn it will likely make all other cruisers obsolete just like the MVAM did to escorts and fit nicely alongside the intrepid and mvam to give the already underpowered federation an edge against those overpowered Klingon and their BOP's and carriers that are just so overpowered .....
oh btw thamupp you win the internets, i award you 10 points for persistence
I'd buy that for a dollar.
Just put the turn rate at that of the Vo'Quv or Galaxy(-X/-R).
I have a thought that *should* be universal enough to please PvEers, while still having enough drawbacks to not be horribly OP. Basically just the reverse of the Vo'Quv, minus the fighters of course. The drawbacks are that this layout is not focused enough to become the new "defacto" healer, or dps cruiser, or whatever. Instead it would be best suited as a "hybrid" ship.
Cdr Eng
Lt Eng
LtCdr Tac
LtCdr Sci
4 fore/4 rear weapons
4 devices
3 eng consoles
3 sci consoles (or remove one sci console for a special ability, if it doesn't end up being a console ability)
3 tac consoles
39,000 base hull (same as all other cruisers)
1.0 shield modifier (ditto)
6 base turn rate (same as galaxy-x)

Yeah I like this idea. I don't think it would be OP at all but when it was brought up in other threads that shall not be named, some seemed to think it was. Of course many of those also cited the OPness of carriers as evidence so I take that with a grain of salt.
To be realistic, I think the layout viper suggested is closer to what we'll get because I think it would ruffled fewer feathers.
