Hi all, I just want to know why when my Sci character reached Vice Admiral 1 I didn't receive my free re-pec? This has ****ed me off a little bit considering that I've dropped about 60 bones on refit ships this month and other fluff crap from the C-store. So unless this is some sort of misunderstanding on my behalf, I really don't want to pay for something that I've already earned in-game. It has occurred to me though, that this could possibly be a bug considering that I've came across items in-game that weren't supposed to be there or have disappeared and reappeared etc.. any thoughts?
